ORDER



To purchase products online in OlivesLoves store, users must be registered following the indications. Product prices are shown in euros and include taxes (VAT). OlivesLoves design and sell furniture and home accesories, as well as design and custom manufacture of furniture.



PAYMENT



ONLINE ORDERS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

( Payment should be made in euros. The full price must be paid at the time of order, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer or Stripe.)

OlivesLoves will be confirmed your order at the moment you make payment, but the order will not be processed untill your payment has been validated. For this reason, in case of bank transfer there could be a delay.



DELIVERY



Currently OlivesLoves only make deliveries to Spain (the Iberian Peninsula) and Portugal.

Delivery costs will depend of  zone and product type. Users will be able to see delivery costs in the purchase process.

Your order will be delivered by a carrier specialised in furniture delivery. Your furniture will be delivered padded with blankets or cardboard or on a pallet to ensure maximum protection.

Carrier department will contact you to arrange for a delivery date within the timeframe indicated.

Delivery time will be indicated in the product sheet .Overall your items will be delivered aprroximately 2-3 business days. In case is not stock available, items will be delivered within approximately 15 business days.

Before placing your order, you must check the dimensions of the Products to make sure they can be delivered via normal access to the place where you intend to set them up. You must inform OlivesLoves of any obstacles to delivery by normal access (stairs, elevator, doors), and inform the shipper as well. There could be an added cost to you.
Before signing for the shipment, you must check for damage, missing items, defects or other non-compliances. This includes checking the condition of the packaging, the number of packages, and the quantities, references, condition and features of the Products.

In case of damaged goods, such as impacts, dents, fracture, etc. The client must send an email to help@oliveslovesfurniture.com indicating the order number and attaching the pictures showing the damages within 24 hours of the delivery. Where that time limit is not met, OlivesLoves reserves the right of not make exchanges and returns.

If your claim is accepted, the damaged product will be exchanged, or refunded if the Product is not available in stock. The Product being returned must be handed over to OlivesLoves carriers in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of its accessories. No returns will be accepted without the prior agreement of OlivesLoves.

Furniture are already assembled, except:

Wood surfboard´s rack: Users have to anchor it to a wall. OlivesLoves will give you the anchoring parts. Please read the instructions in the “+Info” tab on the product sheet.

Metal surfboard´s rack.: Users have to anchor it to a wall and also fix the drawer to metal frame. OlivesLoves will give you the anchoring parts. Please read the instructions in the“+Info” tab on the product sheet.

If the carriers cannot deliver the products on the agreed date because you gave a wrong or incomplete delivery direction, you are not at home,or if they were not informed of special delivery requirements, you may have to pay additional delivery charges and/or your order may be cancelled. In the latter case, we will refund order amount minus the costs of returning the product to OlivesLoves.

Take into account some product of your order can be shipped separately.

Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number



WARRANTY



The Products are warranted to be free from defects in design and materials and workmanship for a period of two year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, Olivesloves will exchange or refund the Products found by us to be defective. Products exchanged shall be covered for the remainder of the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover: Any damage to the Product resulting from their normal use, given its nature, function, composition and price; Products exposed to excessively heavy use, specifically involving other than private use. Any damage to the Product resulting from improper installation, storage, or assembly (non-compliance with assembly instructions), improper maintenance, misuse or use not in compliance with the technical or use specifications (non-compliance with maintenance and care instructions), modifications or repairs made by you or a third party, damage caused by other objects (heavy television placed on a unit not designed for this purpose), outside events such as accidents, shocks, fire, vandalism, water damage, natural or artificial light (discoloration) natural catastrophes or bad weather.



COOLING-OFF PERIOD, EXCHANGES & RETURNS



As an individual you have a cooling-off period of 7 clear days from the date of delivery to cancel any part of your order and return the Product. This option does not apply to Products manufactured according to your specifications, personalised Products, upholstered products or products that cannot be shipped again or are likely to suffer damage.

To exercise your rights under the cooling off period, you must send an email to help@oliveslovesfurniture.com indicating your order number and delivery date, you can also do it following indications in your customer account, section "Order history and details".

The request will be sent to customer services right away and they will contact the buyer to arrange for the product to be returned and will explain the steps to follow, which will be different depending how the product was originally dispatched.

You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the Product, excluding the delivery costs and the redelivery costs, within 14 days following the date you exercised your rights under the cooling-off period, upon receipt of the Product returned in perfect condition, it its original packaging, with all of its accessories.

Our carrier will contact you to arrange to collect the product. OlivesLoves don´t make exchanges for logistics reasons, except in cases of:

Erroneus shipment, OlivesLoves will become position of return cost and the new delivery cost to change the erroneus shipment and replacing it with the correct one.

Defective products, OlivesLoves will become position of return cost and the new delivery cost to change the defective product and replacing it with a new one.

In both cases please contact us by an email, within 24 hours of the delivery, to  help@oliveslovesfurniture.com  indicating your order number, dalivery date and including pictures.
